One of the most impactful components of the Fisher Futures Investment Banking program is the trips we take to New York and Chicago. Every year, students mention the trips when asked what was most valuable to them as members of Fisher Futures program. And, our alumni are key to the success - assisting with setting up meetings at their firms and bringing other professionals into the presentations. This creates great networking opportunities for the students.
We are now asking for another level of support for the trips. Since the students find that they need to make multiple trips to their desired city for networking purposes, this can become financially challenging. In an effort to provide greater access, we are hoping to provide full financial support for both the New York and Chicago trips to all students in the program. To achieve this goal, we are reaching out to our alumni and friends of the program. A $500 donation will essentially support the trip to New York for one student and a $300 donation will support the trip to Chicago for one student. Please feel free to support as many trips as you would like!
As I reflect back on all my years at Ohio State, I identify the Fisher Futures program as one of the most meaningful and successful programs I've had the privilege to be involved with. The alumni support has been critical to the success of this program - we literally could not do it without you!
I'm hoping I can once again count on your support, and that you will feel a donation to this Funder program will give you a sense of connection back to Ohio State and Fisher!
