Our 2nd annual Legend Hills Orchard Cancer Survivor Celebration will benefit the The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James). This year, due to COVID-19, we will be hosting our fundraiser virtually.
Our barn at Legend Hills Orchard has been painted in honor of OSUCCC-James and sits on Reynolds Rd. in Licking County on one of the Pelotonia Routes. Over the past 10 years, Pelotonia bikers, donors and volunteers have traveled past Legend Hills Orchard raising money for research at the OSUCCC-James.
Several members of the Legend Hills Orchard family have battled cancer and survived! During the next few weeks, cancer survivors Susie Hatch and Mary Miller will be singing each weekend on the porch at the Legend Hills Orchard Farm Market located at 11335 Reynolds Rd. Utica, Ohio. Money collected in an OSUCCC-James donation jar will go directly to the OSUCCC-James for cancer research.
