Ohio State Lima’s Office of Student Engagement is home to more than 25 student organizations that regularly meet to plan campus events, service projects and leadership activities.
Galvin Hall opened in September 1966, marking the end of the six-year era when Ohio State students took evening classes in Lima Senior High School.
John E. Galvin made an anonymous pledge of $250,000 in 1963 to jumpstart the process of buying land for an Ohio State campus in Lima.
Since 1963, President’s Club has recognized the most loyal and generous donors to The Ohio State University. These donors offer their philanthropic and leadership support and share a continuing commitment to this great institution. A gift of $3,000 will be applied to your giving at Ohio State and our recognition program, President’s Club.
More than 10,000 living Ohio State alumni passed through the Lima campus and Galvin Hall. A gift of $10,000 provides a private tour with the dean and Basement Club students of the newly renovated space.
