My name is Sonny Gordon. I am married with 2 children. I played football at Ohio State from 1983-1986. I played defensive back, and I was a co-captain my senior year. I was recently diagnosed with ALS or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. ALS is a progressive neurological disease where the nerve cells that connect your brain to your muscles (motor neurons) lose function and die resulting in progressive weakness. This was a shock to me, my family and my friends. Knowing that there is no cure for this disease we wanted to help support ALS research and hopefully find a cure as well as continue to bring awareness to this disease.
With your support, we will continue to provide the resources needed to continue fighting to end this disease as well as continue to bring awareness to ALS.
If you wish to join us in supporting this research, please make a gift. Every donation will go towards bringing awareness to ALS and finding a cure to end this disease.
THANK YOU for your support and continued blessings to all of you.
