You can gift a Buckeye Paws plush to a patient at the Wexner Medical Center to provide emotional support, snuggles and smiles from the cutest pups around and make an impact on the Buckeye Paws program.
Buckeye Paws therapy dogs help decrease stress and promote the well-being of health care workers, students, faculty and staff. Buckeye Paws' certified therapy dogs meet staff where they are to offer non-judgmental acceptance and connection. While the program has immediate, visible benefits for staff, future goals include University-wide program expansion, mixed-methods research, philanthropic involvement and program development with partners outside Ohio State.
