Please consider donating to The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James) in celebration of Alivia and I's wedding. 

Cancer has impacted both of our families in tremendous ways, and Alivia and I couldn't think of a more fitting way to honor those of our family who have had to suffer and fight this terrible disease than raising funds for research at the OSUCCC – James. 

As many know, my mom passed away from cancer during my sophomore year of college at Ohio State, where she was also an alumnus. Over the course of her disease, she was involved in genetic research at the OSUCCC – James in order to better understand the genetic risk factors of colon cancer in the hope that nobody else would have to be without a family member due to cancer, especially on their wedding day. She loved Ohio State and all the great doctors and staff at the OSUCCC – James who helped her and so many others. 

Many of our family members have beat this disease while others have not. We hope you consider making a gift to our fundraiser to support life-saving cancer research to honor our family members impacted by cancer and everyone you may know who have also been impacted by this terrible disease. Knowing that our special day will also bring hope and support to others is something that truly means a lot to us. Thank you!
