The Hardin County 4-H Chicago Cultural Exploration Trip is an experiential learning tour that will expose rural 4-H members and their families to life in one of our country's biggest urban centers. Participants will have the opportunity to explore many of Chicago's famous sites while being immersed in culture and experiential learning. Your support of this trip will help youth experience new cultures and be exposed to new career fields.
Highlights of the trip include:
360 observation deck and Tilt at John Hancock Building
Tour of Chinatown, including dumpling making class and kite making class
VIP Experience at Wrigley Field during Cubs game
Gangster history tour
Leather working class at the Chicago School of Shoemaking and Leather Arts
Lincoln Park Zoo
LZ Fabric Store
Lou Malnati's Pizza
The goal of this trip is to provide youth and their families an introduction to the urban way of life while enjoying cultural and historical experiences. Every donation will help offset the cost of this experience for 4-H youth and their families.

Lou Malnati and his wife opened their first pizzeria 52 years ago in 1971. We'll enjoy sampling this famous Chicago style pizza at one of their many locations.
