The Ohio State Agribusiness Club travels annually to help members learn about agriculture in a different region of the United States. It gives members the opportunity to network with industry professionals, supplement the knowledge gained in the classroom and create stronger relationships with their peers who have similar passions!
This year, the 27 members of the club will be traveling to Florida during the end of winter break to diversify their knowledge within the agricultural industry. During the trip, stops will be made at agriculture-related businesses including a cattle operation, hydroponic farm, strawberry farm, University of Florida, dairy farm, fish hatchery and blueberry farm. The members are eager to participate and learn more about what agriculture looks like in Florida. To add, each participant is able to implement their knowledge gained during the trip both in and out of the classroom and share it with others! The experience will allow each person to learn, grow and prepare for their careers within agriculture.
Your support will help minimize costs for the members by funding hotel and transportation costs. Thank you in advance for your generosity and enabling the members to maximize their experience in the club and at The Ohio State University!

Our club t-shirts cost $15. Each member will be wearing one on the trip!
There will be 27 members of the club traveling on the trip. A $27 donation will show support to each person!
The members will be staying in hotels each of the 5 nights of the trip! The average hotel cost is $140 per night so a donation of $140 or more will help support the lodging costs associated with the trip.
The main three cities we will be in during the trip are Orlando, Gainesville, and Tampa. The amount of miles between the cities is 248. A donation of $248 would help contribute to mileage we will cover between the cities.
Each member will be flying to Florida for the trip. The flight cost is $360 per person!
