The Ohio State Men's Water Polo team is a student-run organization that strives to compete at the highest level against teams all across the nation. We have 33 players from across the country with a wide variety of backgrounds, skill levels and experience. The objective of our team is to maintain a competitive atmosphere while striving for a fun and friendly club.
This year, our team competed in their first varsity level tournament, facing Penn State Behrend, Salem University, Gannon University and Cal Tech University. We finished 2-2 at the varsity tournament, and would love to continue competing against higher competition in the future. At the end of the season, Purdue University hosted the Big Ten Tournament, where the Buckeyes finished short of their goal at 4th place, trailing Michigan State, TTUN and host team Purdue.
The dollars raised during our Buckeye Funder campaign will help us with the following expenses:
Below is a list of our past achievements that would have been impossible without our supporters:

Since 2019, Ohio State has been a member of the Big Ten Conference.
The Buckeye Water Polo players will spend about 80 hours in the water practicing this semester.
A full set of water polo caps consists of 22 players, the amount they will travel on the Scarlet team.
Every day to start off practice, the Buckeyes swim a cool 500 yards to warm up.
