The success of our program has been in large part due to the annual donations provided by family, friends and alumni of the program who help offset our $60,000 annual budget. Our $16,000 goal for donations will go directly towards the following expenses:
The Baseball Club is under the Department of Recreational Sports within the Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University. The club is designed for students who wish to continue their baseball careers, but focus primarily on their education at the university. The program provides, on average, 50 students an opportunity to play competitive baseball versus other collegiate club teams. While the time commitment is significantly less than a varsity level program, the competition is very similar to NCAA Division III programs. We have two teams who compete in the National Club Baseball Association at the Division I and Division II levels. The NCBA is made up of more than 275 teams divided into 3 Divisions.
Each team schedules more than 30 games per season including their annual trip to Panama City, Florida to play 6 games in the NCBA Spring Training Showcase. There is also an opportunity to play in a Regional and World Series playoffs. The program has over a .700 win percentage over the past 22 seasons versus college teams and 15 playoff appearances over the past 10 seasons, including a 2023 National Championship for DII. This success on the field has made the program one of the best in the country with our DII team coming in at #1 on the NCBA DII top 20.

In honor of our program's first National Championship team. DII won the first program title last season and hopes to "Run it Back" this season.
There have been 22 Division I and 3 Division II NCBA All-Americans since the league started in 2001.
Average number of players who compete each season on our two teams.
In honor of our former Head Coach, Chad Lowe. He totaled 219 wins throughout his 10 seasons as Head Coach!
The two teams have combined for 588 wins in their 23 seasons playing exclusively other intercollegiate teams.
In 23 seasons playing exclusively intercollegiate teams, the two teams have played in 837 regular and post-season games.
