The 4-H Celebration of Youth gathers our community of supporters together to help advance the mission of Ohio 4-H. It is an evening of food, fellowship and fun brought to you by the Ohio 4-H Foundation.

Please note: attending guests must be 21 years of age or older
Funds raised from Celebration of Youth supports Ohio 4-H programming and operations.
The priority deadline for sponsorship and auction items is August 22, 2024.
After purchasing tickets or event sponsorship, please return this form to the Ohio 4-H Foundation by email at ohio4hfoundation@osu.edu. 4-H Foundation staff will reach out to you closer to the event date to confirm attendee names.
