BuckeyeThon is the largest student-run philanthropy in the state of Ohio, and The Ohio State University’s Official student philanthropy. All year long, we raise funds and awareness for the Hematology, Oncology and Blood & Marrow Transplant Unit at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Donations stay local to ensure that all kids get the care they need at Nationwide Children's Hospital. 100% of the funds raised go to a wide variety of initiatives, such as chemotherapy treatments, art therapy, cancer research, tutoring sessions with teachers and so much more.
I have been participating in BuckeyeThon to help provide life-saving care to kids battling cancer and blood disorders, for FOUR years! I am now the Vice President of Advancement on our Executive Team for the 2024-25 year. This has been a true passion of mine throughout my entire college experience and I am so thankful to have joined this fight. This is my final year as an Ohio State and BuckeyeThon student and I am making my final asks that together, we can change kids' health and change the future - but only with your help!
