The Kirwan Institute dreams big and works to empower communities throughout Ohio and the United States. We conduct robust research on race and ethnicity and 
serve as collaborative connectors of faculty and community experts who work to build prosperity for all and solve the problems facing all Americans, like sustainable jobs, quality childcare, and affordable housing.
You can advance the mission of the Kirwan Institute by donating to the Kirwan Innovation Fund. Your generosity helps supplement the institute's community-engaged research, allowing them to make big bets on bold new ideas, like helping businesses address the needs of out-of-school young workers who are ready to invest in a new career. As part of this work, the institute is conducting research to find out how workforce development and quality jobs could generate upwards of $10 billion ($9.9 billion) to Central Ohio's economy.
