Each year, alumni celebrating milestone reunions — including the classes of 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1994, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020 — come together to honor the anniversary of their College of Nursing education by giving back.

Student Support Fund
The Student Support Fund at the Ohio State University College of Nursing is dedicated to enriching the student experience by addressing essential educational needs, funding travel, and providing unique enrichment opportunities — all guided by the strategic priorities of the College’s leadership.
Your Gift Makes a Lasting Impact
Every contribution, no matter the size, directly supports our nursing students in meaningful ways:
- $25 – Provides an NCLEX Study Guide to help students prepare for licensure
- $50 – Covers the cost of our signature red nursing scrubs
- $100 – Purchases a high-quality stethoscope
- $300 – Pays the NCLEX exam fee, a critical step toward becoming a registered nurse
- $500–$1,000 – Supports student participation in professional conferences, including registration and travel
- $2,000–$5,000 – Helps fund transformative global learning experiences
In addition to academic and professional support, this fund also celebrates the spirit and tradition of nursing. Your generosity helps sponsor the Lighting of the Lamp Ceremony, a cherished event inspired by Florence Nightingale. Held at the beginning of each academic year, this ceremony marks the symbolic start of our students’ journey into the nursing profession.
