College: Engineering
Major: Chemical Engineering
Minor(s): French
Representing County: Franklin
Pending Graduation Date: Spring 2018
Hobbies: Running, listening to music, reading, cheering on Cleveland sports
Career goals after graduation: I hope to use my engineering degree in a way that focuses on humanitarian development as well as environmental and ecological stewardship.
Personal goal during Buckeyes in Your Backyard: I hope to make personal relationships with alumni that extend beyond our formal meetings, allowing me to strengthen that connection between Buckeyes past and present.
Favorite Ohio State tradition: Watching Oval Beach fill up in the last few weeks of school as students spend the time they can together before parting ways for summer. (But also looking at my finals schedule thinking that maybe, just maybe, I should have spent more time hitting the books).
*Buckeyes in Your Backyard is a new program created by The Ohio State University Alumni Association to connect alumni living in Ohio with current Ohio State students. In our program’s inaugural year, we’ve recruited five enthusiastic undergraduates to spend the summer in their home counties – and they want to meet you! The students will be reaching out for one-on-one visits to learn about your Ohio State experiences, share the exciting things happening in their studies and at the university, and discuss ways you can stay connected with your alma mater.
