Why are we asking you to help Ohio State support RMHC? Take a look.

May 22, 2019

For more than three decades, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio (RMHC) has been keeping families close at the Columbus Ronald McDonald House. Located directly across the street from Nationwide Children’s Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House is open 365 days a year and is a home-away-from-home for families with seriously ill children receiving treatment in area hospitals. The House offers comfortable bedrooms with private baths, continuing care suites for recovering transplant patients, fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, playrooms, laundry facilities, a meditation room, exercise room and informal gathering areas. Currently, the House can accommodate 137 families every night, making it the largest Ronald McDonald House in the world. To learn more, visit http://rmhc-centralohio.org/.

“We are extremely proud to partner with The Ohio State University and Dean Kress for the Inaugural Dean’s Charity Steer Show. The opportunity to work with the agricultural community, and specifically the Ohio Cattleman’s Association, is an honor. We are big fans of the Ohio State Fair and are excited to see our local celebrities working alongside children from 4-H to show these beautiful steers and raise funds to help us operate the Columbus Ronald McDonald House. Many thanks to Dean Kress, The Ohio State University, Telhio Credit Union, and the Ohio Cattleman’s Association for their incredible support.” Dee Anders, CEO and Executive Director, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio.
