A great big thank you to everyone that has provided financial support so the ATI Dairy Cattle Judging Team can participate in the International Dairy Judging tour to Scotland and Ireland.  Your support is greatly appreciated.

Spring semester is now over – finals are done and grades have been turned in.   We now have to start the planning the details for the trip to Europe.  We need to start looking at passports, luggage size and weights, clothing, weather, currency exchange, shoes, cameras, cell phone use, credit cards, etc.  Exciting!  There are lots of details to do in the next 5 to 6 weeks.  Wow!

 Airfare has been purchased.  We leave Columbus in the late afternoon of June 22 on an Air Canada flight to Toronto, CA.  After a 3 hour layover in Toronto, we have a 7-hour overnight Air Canada flight to Edinburgh, Scotland that arrives around 8:45 am.  Jet lag, here we come.  Hopefully, we can obtain some sleep on the flight.  Our return United Airlines flight departs from Shannon, Ireland on July 4 around noon.  Returning to the US is a great way to spend the 4^th of July – Independence Day.   Hopefully, the Covid testing requirement to return to the US will be dropped by July 4.  We arrive back in Columbus in the evening.
