Congratulations, Class of 1992! Through the power of partnership and strength of collaboration, we have achieved our initial goal of raising $50,000 to establish an unrestricted endowment that will support the college. This endowed fund will ensure sustained and invaluable support for our college community; annually, forever. Dean Moore intends to award the distribution from this unrestricted endowment as a scholarship this year, and we look forward to introducing you to the scholarship recipient in the near future. With the fund's transition to an endowment, it will now officially be recognized as the Veterinary Medicine Class of 1992 Fund, bearing the new fund number 484189. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the fund, making it possible to establish this enduring legacy!
As we celebrate this accomplishment, we are also fueled by the excitement to embark on our next ambitious goal. We aim to deposit an additional $50,000 into our fund to meet the current minimum for a restricted and endowed scholarship. Reaching this next milestone will transform our existing unrestricted endowment into a class scholarship dedicated to support DVM students who actively foster an inclusive community within the college, empowering them to better serve their community in the future. Together, let’s continue to make a meaningful impact on the future of our students, alma mater, and profession.
Congratulations again!
